I work with companies that have important decisions to make on AI, Salesforce, data and automation. My role is to make that decision defensible, not to execute it.
I come in at four different moments:
- when you have received a proposal and want to understand its scope, costs, risks and implications;
- when you are weighing an investment and need to know whether the data, processes and organisation are ready;
- when the decision is already made, but you need a solid technical basis to define architecture, data, integrations and budget;
- when the project is under way and you need a senior figure to help govern roadmap, partners, priorities and architectural decisions.
I do not resell licences and I do not deliver implementations. The work is defining what makes sense to do, at what scope and in what order.
How to choose
| If the situation is… | The service that fits |
|---|---|
| You have a Salesforce, Agentforce, Data 360, Snowflake or AI proposal on the table and have to decide within weeks. | Independent review of a Salesforce or AI proposal |
| You are weighing AI, CRM, a data platform or automation and want to know whether the organisation is ready. | AI & CRM Readiness Assessment |
| You have chosen a direction, but need to verify systems, data, integrations, access and technical debt before starting. | Architecture & Data Assessment |
| You have several decisions open over time and need senior architectural support without a full-time hire. | AI & CRM Architecture Advisory |
The four services
Prices are published. If you have to negotiate on price, it means we have not understood the problem yet. They are ranges, not fixed figures: the size of the scope changes the days required, and the exact number comes out of the scoping call, before any commitment.
Independent review of a Salesforce or AI proposal
You have a proposal on the table. I check scope, exclusions, 24-month cost, technical prerequisites and success criteria before they harden into project constraints.
€800-1,000 · Half a day of analysis, delivered within 5 working days
AI & CRM Readiness Assessment
Checks whether your data, processes, architecture and accountability can carry the initiative you are considering, and what the first realistic use case is.
€2,400-3,000 · 2 days + document + readout call
This is the one chosen most often.
Architecture & Data Assessment
Technical analysis of the systems, data and integrations you actually have. Produces the shared baseline for designing, estimating and comparing competing offers.
€4,000-5,500 · 3-4 days
AI & CRM Architecture Advisory
Senior architectural support on roadmap, priorities, partners and governance, without hiring a full-time role.
€2,400-3,600 per month · 2-3 days a month, one quarter minimum
Who I work with
- Manufacturing and industrial companies between 100 and 1,000 employees. In Italy mainly in the north - Emilia, Lombardy, Veneto - and abroad in the United Kingdom, the United States and northern Europe.
- Innovative SMEs weighing an investment in AI or in Salesforce.
- Organisations that want to bring AI agents into their processes and do not know where to start.
- Technology partners who need strategic and architectural expertise on loan to hold a conversation with an IT director.
Who I do not work with
- Early-stage startups and micro businesses.
- Fortune 500 companies with twelve-to-eighteen-month vendor onboarding cycles.
- Purely operational or configuration work.
- Anyone looking for low-cost technical development.
This work creates value when the technology decision has strategic impact. If it does not, I cost you more than I save you, and I say so beforehand.
What you will not find here
Implementation, configuration, application development, licence resale, hands-on project management, body rental, continuous standby.
If you need a team to do the work, you need a delivery partner or dedicated internal capacity. I can help you define the scope, select the partner, assess the proposal, clarify the roadmap and check that the architecture stays consistent with the original objectives.
I sit on the side of the person who has to make and defend a decision. I do not replace the partner who implements it.
